Capabilities and Activities
- Our knowledge, contacts, and marketing approach give us a world-class track record for completing overseas projects and placements. This includes everything from small placements to complex worldwide consulting projects.
- We have in place a fully accessible worldwide network of local brokers. As needed we have both overseas Partner Brokers and network brokers. We emphasize the consultative approach to handling you clients overseas and controlling the sales process here with you. We find this flexibility is much better suited to middle market as it does not require you to disturb existing relationships with local brokers by insisting on ‘ feeding ‘ our network
- Specific Education and Training has been available and we would like to reactivate this important aspect. At least a basic understanding of what an international opportunity presents can be made available to different levels of your organization. A commitment and time is required from both Globex and the Partner Broker.
- Globex is best utilized as if it were the Partners’ In House International Department. In other words the Globex Partnership works best when we are brought into the opportunity at the beginning of the process. The regular exchange of information, prospect ideas, and proposals ensures the best revenue result. Bring Globex in a later stage, means that we are only being utilized to solve a problem. While this looks great when we do solve the problem, it is not the optimum use.
- Country Specific Background and Information is available to our Partners. We are not a subscription service for information and are best consulted for country information with a specific goal or issue in mind. In that instance we can activate a combination of information sources, our own knowledge, and our network, to provide really useful and differentiated Country Specific Information.
- We have a European Office on the ground in Frankfurt and a Far East office on the ground in Beijing offering a huge benefit in many situations. While our overseas Partners and Network are focused on the same goals as we are, a Globex employee on the spot can make a difference.
- Both Property/Casualty and Health & Benefits full service divisions work side by side in the same location in New Jersey. As we have structured an ‘ open office ‘ environment, both divisions work side by side, exchange ideas and successes, and work under common managers. This greatly enhances the chance for cross selling opportunities.
