Selection Criteria
Globex has 58 full and associate Partner brokers in North America with a combined revenue base in excess of $3.5 billion. 300 dominant regional and local brokers across the globe, with a combined revenue base of more than $2.5 billion, handle non-North American services as well as referral business into North America.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our Partner brokers, who form an elite team of leading regional and national brokers and consultants around the world.
Globex Partner Brokers are carefully selected based on a number of criteria, including:
- Range of capabilities
- Geographic territory
- Experience working with multinational clients
- Size and market clout, and
- English language ability
Upon selection and invitation to join Globex, Partner Brokers make a contractual and financial commitment to working within the Globex network, and they are required to follow Globex standards for service and customer satisfaction.
The Selection Process
Our Partnership selection process involves a deliberate three-phase process that includes completion of an initial questionnaire, and subsequent screening and review by our Partnership Committee. If approved, the broker will be sent a formal proposal outlining the contractual and financial terms of Partnership.
