• Effective day one, our Partners can market, sell, deliver and control a true worldwide employee benefits and risk management capability that will immediately differentiate them from their competition.

• Globex is effectively positioned as their in-house international department, providing a full range of brokerage and consulting services (assistance with prospect identification, risk assessment, program design, program marketing and service). We also act as their dedicated resource for any and all international inquiries.

• Education and training is an important, central theme of the Globex model. This can happen over time on an account-by-account basis or alternatively, with a mutual commitment of time from both Globex and the Partner broker, can be made available to all levels of the organization as a more focused program.

• Inherent within a Partnership is our worldwide network of Partner brokers. This network is currently represented in 130 countries with 300 Partner brokers.

• Globex continues to develop proprietary products and knowledge bases. Most recently, in view of the need for admitted D&O policies overseas, we have set up a worldwide database on the issues for admitted coverage.

• Reverse Flow is a significant area of development, supported by Globex Europe which focuses on European based businesses investing in the United States.  US health insurance and worker’s compensation programs are core elements of this growth.
