Worldwide Insurance Services Enterprise Ltd. (WISE) is an independent Taiwanese insurance and reinsurance broking and servicing company, serving P&C and H&B clients in Taiwan and China.  WISE was established in its current form in 1987.

The history of the company can, however, be traced back to December 1974 when Marsh & McLennan was established in Taiwan to become the first U.S. insurance brokers licensed to do business in that country.

Jack Sha was sent by Marsh & McLennan Head Office in New York to Taiwan.  Prior to this, he held senior positions in New York and in South East Asia Offices.  In 1981, Jack was sent to Beijing, China from Marsh & McLennan New York to become the first insurance broker operating in the People's Republic of China.
